Privacy
John Pfeifer Design ("JPD", "I") is a sole proprietorship in Ontario, Canada. This notice explains what personal information I collect through johnpfeifer.design, why I collect it, and your choices.
What I collect
• • Waitlist form: your name and email address; where you'd build, and optionally the first three characters of your postal code; what you'd build; when you're hoping to build; anything else you'd like me to know, if you choose to add it; and your consent choice, with the date and time.
• Emails you send me: your email address and what you write.
• • Website analytics: anonymous site statistics through Framer's built-in analytics.
Why I collect it
• to tell you when JPD drawing packages launch, and to send occasional related news if you agreed to receive it
• • to understand where interest is coming from and what people want to build
• to reply to your questions
I don't sell or rent your personal information, and I don't use it for any other purpose without asking you.
Consent and unsubscribing
Joining the waitlist is voluntary. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, or by writing to john@johnpfeifer.design. I'll stop emailing you within 10 business days.
Where your information is stored
I use trusted service providers: Framer (website hosting, form processing and site statistics) and my email provider. These providers may store information outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union, where it may be subject to local laws.
How long I keep it
Waitlist entries are kept until you unsubscribe, or for 24 months after the launch email, whichever comes first. Then they're deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to john@johnpfeifer.design. If you're not satisfied with my response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
